We offer a wide range of traditionally prepared snacks including classic banana chips, jackfruit chips, spicy mixture, tapioca (kappa) chips, and rice flour murukku.

Are your banana chips made using traditional methods?

Yes, our banana chips are prepared using time-honored techniques to ensure authentic taste, perfect crunch, and consistent quality in every batch.

Do you use artificial flavors or preservatives?

No. Our snacks are made without artificial flavors or preservatives, focusing on natural ingredients and traditional preparation methods.

What are the delivery charges for orders?

We levy a delivery fee of just ₹50 on orders below ₹500. For orders above ₹500, delivery is completely free.

How long does delivery take?

We ensure that we ship orders out either on the same day or within 1 working day of the order date.  

Delivery times:  

Pune City – Same-day or next-day delivery, depending on when the order is placed. COD orders are usually processed within 1 working day (in Pune City only). 

Outside Pune – It can vary although it usually will be 2-7 working days.

How should I store the snacks to keep them fresh?

Store the products in a cool, dry place and keep the pack sealed after opening to maintain freshness and crunch.

Are the mixture snacks spicy?

Our mixture has a balanced level of spice. It is flavorful without being overly spicy, making it enjoyable for most taste preferences.

What makes tapioca (kappa) chips different from banana chips?

Tapioca chips are thicker, crunchier, and have a heartier texture compared to banana chips, offering a distinctly traditional South Indian snacking experience.
